PHILOSOPHY
 
      The matters facing our clients are extremely important.  Accordingly, we give each and every case individual attention and care.  This includes calling clients back in a timely manner and maintaining a high attention to detail.  We utilize modern technology to offer our legal services with efficiency.  This philosophy, coupled with a strong work ethic, helps us to obtain the best possible outcome for our clients.


 HISTORY

 
     Mr. Manning is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Missouri.  He is a member of the Kansas City Missouri Bar Association and the American Bar Association.  He attended Rockhurst University and the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.  After receiving degrees in Business Management and Law, he moved to New York to practice business and real estate law.  After deciding to start a family, he moved back to Kansas City.  Mr. Manning then gained additional experience by practicing as a civil litigator at a well known insurance defense firm.  He learned from several exceptional attorneys during this time and gained hands on experience preparing numerous civil cases for trial.
 
     Mr. Manning subsequently started this firm to help individuals with their litigation needs.  He represents accident and injury victims in courts across Missouri.  He represents consumers who have been taken advantage of by unscrupulous business practices.  He represents people who have received traffic citations.  He has particular experience auto/trucking accidents victims and child dog bite victims.
