About James Manning
Our mission is to help injured people and their families — and to solve problems.
Success depends on knowing the law but also on hard work and hustle. Cases come down to witnesses and exhibits. We are here to protect your rights but also to aggressively advance your interests. This is why we pay special attention to each case and each client. We hustle down witnesses and exhibits. We move cases as quickly as possible. We are aggressive, compassionate advocates.
The injured and their families have already been through enough with a tragic accident or death. We are here to help you recover from the situation as best as possible and to obtain justice for your loss. Cases can be expensive and time consuming to successfully litigate. This is why we work on a pure contingency fee basis. No fee unless you recover. Nothing out of pocket for the injured and their families. My firm will pay for all expenses and will receive compensation only if we win your case. This is the promise we make every client for every case we take: no fee if we don’t win for you!!
Meet James Manning
James Manning is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Missouri. He is a member of the Kansas City Missouri Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He attended Rockhurst University and the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. After receiving degrees in Business Management and Law, he moved to New York to practice business and real estate law. After deciding to start a family, he moved back to Kansas City. Manning then gained additional experience by practicing as a civil litigator at a well known firm. He learned from several exceptional attorneys during this time and gained hands on experience preparing numerous civil cases for trial.
Manning subsequently started this firm to help individuals with their litigation needs. He represents accident and injury victims in courts across Missouri and nationally. He represents insureds in cases involving first and third party insurance coverage disputes. He has particular experience helping people who have been involved in auto and truck accidents, dog bit victims, and wrongful or accidental death survivors. He is often called to represent accident victims and death survivors in cases involving disputed insurance coverage. Manning has an excellent track record of success helping these people not only succeed in their case, but also do so in a manner implicating maximum insurance coverage and payment.
